COVID-19 UPDATES

We are excited to announce we will be resuming regular hours of operations on 5/11/2020 The safety of our patients and staff is important to us. We will be instituting the following guidelines:

1) All patients will be asked screening questions prior to being seen as well as completing these forms online via our website.

2) Patients and their guests will be required to wait in their vehicles in lieu of the waiting room until further notice.

3) Patients will have their temperature taken with an infrared thermometer prior to being seen.

4) Patients are strongly encouraged to complete registration online ( New patient forms/etc).

5) We have an air purifier in each treatment room for your safety. We have enhanced our safety precautions for our patients and our team members.

6) As always, we are here for you.
